I. Operation:

2. Routine inspection: Before operation, check whether all equipment of the drum line is normal, such as motor, cable, drum, belt, pulley, etc., to ensure that there is no loosening, defects and abnormal wear.


3. Fill in the operation record: before starting the machine, fill in the operation record, including the date, the operator, the inspection items and the conclusion, so as to facilitate later traceability and analysis.


4. Start and stop: the roller line should start the low speed first, check whether the equipment is running normally, and then gradually accelerate to the normal running speed. When stopping, slow down first, then disconnect the power supply, and carry out a comprehensive inspection of the equipment.


5. Material control: the operator should master the time of material entry and exit, ensure the continuous transmission and reasonable distribution of materials, and avoid overload or empty operation of the drum line.


6. Safe operation: Pay attention to safety when operating, do not ride, stand or place debris on the drum line, wear protective equipment, avoid touching the rotating parts.


7. Abnormal handling: Once the equipment is found abnormal, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and reported in time, and it is not allowed to handle without authorization.



2. Maintenance:

1. Cleaning and maintenance: Regular cleaning and maintenance of the drum line, timely removal of materials and debris, to ensure that the surface of the equipment is clean, no accumulation of dust and oil.


2. Protection equipment: When the drum line is not in use, the power supply should be cut off in time, and corresponding protective measures should be taken, such as installing a protective cover to avoid the erosion of the equipment by rain and dust.


3. Lubrication maintenance: According to the lubrication requirements of the equipment, regularly add lubricating oil or grease to the drum, pulley, chain and other parts to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.


4. System inspection: Regularly check the electrical system, transmission system, control system of the drum line, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, timely detection and treatment of problems.


5. Spare parts: timely reserve of commonly used spare parts, such as rollers, belts, chains, etc., to ensure that equipment failure can be replaced in time to reduce the production interruption time.


6. Regular maintenance: Perform regular maintenance plans according to the equipment maintenance manual, such as cleaning, lubrication, fastening, adjustment, etc., and regularly check the working status of all parts of the equipment.


7. Preventive maintenance: Regularly carry out preventive maintenance of the equipment, check whether the equipment exists wear, fatigue and aging problems, and timely repair and replacement.



To sum up, the operation and maintenance of the roller line requires the operator to have certain skills and knowledge, and the equipment should be inspected, cleaned, lubrized and maintained regularly to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and extend the service life. This can not only improve production efficiency and quality, but also effectively reduce the equipment failure rate and maintenance costs.
