Synchronous belt is the main transmission device of synchronous belt transmission line. It is made of rubber, polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride and other materials. The synchronous belt is generally wire rope reinforced, has high strength and wear resistance, and can be connected to the motor by a shock absorber.



A conveyor belt is a device used to transfer workpieces and complements the synchronization belt. Typically, conveyor belts are made of materials such as polyvinyl chloride and polypropylene. The conveyor belt has the characteristics of oxidation resistance, wear resistance and easy cleaning.



The power unit is the power source of the synchronous belt transmission line, which is usually composed of a motor and a reducer. The motor drives the synchronous belt, decelerates and drives the conveyor belt through the reducer to realize the transportation of the workpiece.



The frame is the main support of the synchronous belt conveyor line, which is used to support the entire equipment to ensure the stability and reliability of the equipment. The frame is usually made of materials such as steel and aluminum alloy.



The guiding device is used to control the direction and position of the workpiece to ensure the smooth transmission and processing of the workpiece. The guide device is usually composed of rubber pad, guide rail, indicator plate, etc.
