Lubricating grease or oil can be selected for the lubrication of guide rail, and the lubrication method can be roughly divided into manual lubrication and automatic forced lubrication. Proper selection should be made according to the operating speed of the system, the use environment and other requirements. The grease feeding frequency is different according to the service conditions and environment. In general, it is recommended to replenish the grease every 100km of operation, and the oil lubrication method is recommended to use lubricating oil with viscosity of 30-150cst. Basis of selection:

1. Low temperature use: use lubricant with low base oil contact.

2. For high temperature, high load or shaking, and low-speed applications, use lubricants with high base oil contact.
